The 300MW Coal-fired power project is expected to provide over 1000 jobs to the local people and is supposed to reduce electricity shortage in the area.
The worth of this project is about $542.32 million. It has the magnitude of producing 300MW of electricity.
The power project will start off under the China Pakistan economic corridor at Gwadar. The land has been obtained for the accomplishment of the project and would be supervised by the Gwadar Development Authority.
